I bought my very first mountain bike this pass weekend. And Trek Pasadena was super helpful in getting me on the right bike. I went in to get a Fuel EX5, but they didn’t have one in my size, so they gave me a Fuel EX7 for practically the same price. They really hooked me up. Thanks Trek Pasadena

I have been a cyclist for over 20 years, I've owned a Trek, Giant and a Specialized.

My husband bought a road bike, he did this on his own. He loves his bike. However, the seat post was not tightened and a few other items were not tightened. I was surprised that for close to $4K they didn't do a bike fit either or at least offer a solution for a proper fitting. Not sure if this is company policy, it could be.

The staff was cordial and friendly. The store has a nice selection.

I will stick with my bike shop.

Traveled quite a distance to make it to Trek Bicycle Pasadena to get my wife a new road bike. They had what we were looking for at the size my wife needed, and bonus- it was on sale. We were greeted by Faye upon entering. She took great care of my wife, asked the right questions to get to know what she needed and how to make sure the bike fit her. After 18 years, it was time to update. My main criteria was size! I'm 6'4", 225 lbs. I went to 4 or 5 shops, looking for an XXL, as my old Trek was XL, and always felt a little small. That disqualified some shops, and one or two had one or two. Faye showed me a bike that came in XXL. She really listened to what I was looking for and my riding habits, and didn't try to upsell me. The bike she showed me was well within my moderate price range. The transition from a heavy old mountain bike to a lighter (and bigger) hybrid has been a delight. Thank you, Faye!

I was happy that a woman tech assisted me. I'm a woman e-bicyclist and it's almost never that I'm attended to by a woman bike tech. My e-bike is my main transportation and I stop in at Tek from time-to-time to get the tire pressure checked and fill the tires with air. It's an incredible service that I really appreciate. Faye immediately helped me with my e-bike and got me back on the road quickly. She also assisted with a sales of accessories. Her customer service and tech skills are outstanding! If she isn't already in Management, she ought to be.

This store is by far the best place to purchase a bike. If you want outstanding customer service. Sean the store manager is one of the nicest and caring managers you will find. He has a great team as well. Starting with Alexa, Jacob and Rich they will all go above and beyond to make you are happy with your purchase and service.

I’ve had 3 encounters with Trek Pasadena, and all of which were very positive. The parking has been relatively easy. There’s a bicycle parking rack for customers who come in with their bicycles. I bought my 2023 Madone SL7 Gen 7 from this place through Sean. Sean has been very patient with me. I listened to me and guided me make the right decisions without being over bearing. I didn’t haggle on the purchase price. Nonetheless, Sean gave me $300 discount. He also gave a free pair of Trek socks and water bottle. Now, that’s customer advocacy at its finest. The bike was also superbly put together by their expert bike tech as well. I love this place. I felt very welcome every time I enter the store.
