First time getting piercings, the staff were super lovely and friendly. The lady who did my ears, Rose, was incredibly friendly, quick, kind, accommodating, and easy to get along with. She really made my first piercing experience an excellent one! Highly recommended!

Love it here! Came in for 2 piercings on Thursday and had a very unusual reaction to one of them ( I have 12 so god knows!) and the lady was absolutely amazing, she helped me with everything and was overall just incredible. Came back a bit later for the other piercing I was getting and everything was fine. Super lovely staff and very hygienic. Will be back in a few months for sure

I had been wanting my Tagus pierced for a while and had heard good things about the staff at the Blue Banana. Kay was my piercer, she was very informative which put my mind at ease. She took her time giving me a step by step rundown before going ahead. Kay made sure I knew how to keep my piercing clean and infection free at home. Thank you Kay! ?

The piercing room itself was very sterile, as you’d expect ( I had googled a couple of places that definitely didn’t look as clean?).

For my second visit 10-11 weeks later, I had the bar changed to a smaller one as all the swelling had gone down and it was healing nicely. A lovely girl named Rosie who works there did this for me, once again Rosie went over the dos and don’ts, gave me cleaning advice and asked if I had any questions. Another happy trip to The Blue Banana.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I needed to because my experience with the staff and service they provided was very positive. I will definitely be back! I think I have the bug!

AMAZING! I decided to go for it on the £10 wheel for a piercing and ended up getting one I had been wanting for ages. Tom was very friendly and explained how it worked clearly. My piercer was Kylie, she was superb and really good at making everything less nerve-racking. Overall paid £15 for my Bridge (due to also paying for the jewellery) and can’t recommend it enough! If you like piercings and some cheeky gambling, definitely go here. I will 100% be coming back again for more! 🙂

staff were absolutely lovely! the staff member on the till was super friendly and helpful, and the piercer was so supportive and kind! they also did an amazing job and made me feel better when i went a bit dizzy lol, thanks so much! <3

Absolutely amazing experience! Been for 3 piercings now and both Kylie and Rosie have really helped with nerves before piercings. The staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. An all round great experience!

Me and my boyfriend both went in for piercings as a spur of the moment decision. I had my lip pierced and my boyfriend had his eyebrow pierced. The staff were absolutely lovely. Really chatty and friendly, and made us feel super comfortable. The lady who pierced us made us feel welcome and at ease. Every one of the staff members were amazing. Would give it 10 stars if I had them. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again. Was such a pleasant experience

i had my helix pierced here last week and i couldn’t thank the staff enough!!!
the lady doing the piercings was extremely gentle and i barely felt it - especially in comparison to other piercings i’ve had at other places
i go in quite often to browse and the staff could not be more helpful!!!
this store is the absolute gem of stoke on trent and the store manager should be immensely proud of the quality and kindness of the employees <3
