I just took my 2024 Honda in for its first complementary service after purchasing it last summer, and Brian was exceptional as my service rep. He was friendly and kind and easily took care of things. I so appreciated his help!

I went there for a scheduled service appointment at 1030 AM. I was told it could take around couple of hours and I did request if they can finish off in that time.

I checked at 1215 PM to see if they are able to finish on time or not. They told me they have not even started yet since main shop team is short staffed.

I took my car back since they had not even started. What was the point of taking time slot for service appointment when you guys don’t even start service even 90 mins after scheduled time.
Total waste of time for me. My advise is to find some other place for car service.

Overall my experience was good! Nikki was beyond superb! She answered every doubt I had and kept me updated on the status of my car. Truly a star employee!
Only thing that could’ve been better was the car delivery. Car was delayed multiple times and delivery date was changed. Took about two months to get that car delivered from the original date.
Despite this, Nikki was extremely helpful and was on top of things, both keeping me updated and making sure all my doubts were answered!

Jaden was extremely helpful and was very accommodating of my hectic schedule. He worked up multiple quotes for me via email when I wasn't able to meet in person or via phone. This made the process as seamless and simple as possible when I came into the dealership to purchase the car. His excellent work ethic and top notch customer service made for a very pleasant car buying experience.

My husband and I bought an HRV from Ashley yesterday and could not have had a smoother experience. We feel so lucky to have worked with her- she knew we didn't want to spend half a day at the dealership filling out paperwork and she made sure to expedite the transaction while never making us feel rushed. Helped a person on the side of the road today because they got stranded as their car wouldn’t start. Learned they had it serviced at this dealer some days ago to replace the battery and other things.

They charged $200+ to replace a battery, acknowledged the positive battery terminal was damaged and didn’t say anything to the customer about it - even worse is they taped over it and tried to hide it. This place is a joke!

Brian B was the service professional who restored our family’s Honda loyalty. Less than a year ago, we bought a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot from backorder, our only family vehicle serving our large family. After unfortunately hail damage and a frustrating and expensive 6-week repair at another local certified Honda dealer, there was a mysterious pinhole leak in the radiator. Returning to Holman for this service, Brian listened closely to the situation and was able to approve a warranty repair. A few work days out of the showroom was worth the patience for such a friendly, complete and fair repair. We will be using Holman as our primary source for our ongoing Honda needs.

Ashley Crawford was a joy to work with. I had some questions and she was able to answer them quickly and also help guide me through the lease transfer process (which admittedly I was a novice with). I kept her late when deciding to lease my new Honda Civic SI. I never felt rushed or pressured but welcome and she made sure that when I left I was comfortable with my decision. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. 🙂
